Rakshit has a team of dedicated members handling wide range of operations ranging from Quality control & Assurance, production, Research & Development, Finance, Marketing and Purchase. Rakshit's core team consists of highly qualified professionals, with excellent academic degrees & exposure to technology & business development. The key people behind the company are :

01. Ch.A.P. Rameswara Rao, Managing Director

He is postgraduate from science faculty with wide experience over 20 years in the manufacturing of API's marketing, purchase & finance. He has worked with M/s. VorinLabs Ltd., (presently M/s. Matrix Labs Ltd) as a General Manager works for 10 years. He has got experience in implementation of API & Formulation projects.

02. Deepak V. Majgaonkar, Technical Director

He has a post graduate degree by research by Organic Chemistry with Business Management background. He has worked with M/s. Cipla Ltd for 12 years as a Senior Manager in R & D, QC & Production. He has got 25 years of experience in implementation of projects as per cGMP guidelines. He is heading our R&D department as well as Q.C. & Q.A.

03. N. Surya Prakash Rao, Executive Director

He is a graduate in chemistry with wide experience over 18 years in manufacture of API's & Intermediates. He has worked with companies like M/s. Dr. Reddy's Labs Ltd., M/s. Aurobindo Pharma Ltd as a production in charge. He has got vast experience in implementation of projects as per cGMP guidelines. He is heading the production department and other related activities.

QUALITY

Maintaining highest standards of quality is a continuous process at Rakshit Drugs Private Limited., Our Quality initiative covers all aspects including product quality, operational quality, Environmental quality and a good quality of life for its people. The total involvement of every personnel mark our Quality Assurance Programme, which includes strict process controls through in process checks, development of systems, procedures and relevant documentation etc. The company is in the process of obtaining WHO-GMP & ISO 9000 Series certification.

FACILITIES

Our facility covers 2 Acres of land. The main production building that supports a very flexible manufacturing base with utilities like chilling plant, boiler, steam ejectors, hot oil circulation, cooling towers etc., permit the handling of a broad range of bulk active ingredients and intermediates. The production facilities includes stainless steel reactors from 500 lts to 4000 lts capacities with heat exchangers and Glasslined reactors with all glass heat exchangers from 1000 lts to 4000 lts capacities & various sizes of tanks, centrifuges, driers and pulverisers etc. The company has got generator as a stand by, incase of power failure.

As many as 20 scientists work on process innovation, manufacturing time cycle reduction, energy conservation, waste reduction and continuos process improvements. The key focus is to use the most advanced techniques of product identification & structural elucidation. The technical R & D teams with dedicated efforts and superior skills have developed proceses, which are eco friendly & intrinsically safe.

We are committed to protecting the environment. We operate in & ensuring the health of our employees. We constantly thrive at modifications in our process which will reduce quantity of effluents. The training on environmental awareness is imparted to all the employees, with regard to protection of environment. The effluent generated is treated upto specified limit and water is evaporated by distillation. The salts seperated send to Government approved Hyderabad Waste Management System for land filling. This treatment is approved as per local standard of environment.
